Healing Meditation for All the People of the PlanetI haven't felt much like posting these past two weeks as after a couple days of rain and non-activity we learned the state had shut down and people were starting to see "Shelter In Place" mandates. I sadly but wisely decided not to host any events until we understood what we were dealing with.
I have a litmus test that was officially passed yesterday as my sister told me her NYC colleague died from the Corona virus. She lives and works in New York, and says across from her son's school in Central Park they have set up screened in medical facilities. This is all so surreal, I am at a loss of words. I have been participating in online healing meditations and my prayers and blessings go out to all those who are suffering, and those who are helping the sick. I especially send my prayers to the energy healers, as their work could be vital at the hour. Although I am as concerned as the rest of the global community, I am also anxious to start to shine a bit of joy and light in the neighborhood. I had a visitor the other day. It was one of the original Art Garage members. He and his family moved back in the area, and so it looks like we may have him back with us. I was truly over joyed. Today was sunny outside, and there were again a number of visitors, even some I thought may not return. They all looked healthy and ready to do some work. I gave the regulars a couple of activities to take home, and the return members a message that if all goes well we will have an Easter opening. I had always seen the Art Garage as open from Easter to Halloween. I hope it is possible, with the circumstances turning towards healing and health. I am praying the tides turn and we see a remarkable healing event across the globe. I feel a glimmer of hope that indeed we are headed in the right direction.
